To register for the My Health Association, simply fill in the My Health Association Membership Application Form

Once we have received your MHA membership application you will receive an email with your official MHA Membership Certificate (listing your accredited modalities) and Membership Number plus a link to fill in the Liability Insurance Application Form and Studio/Clinic Insurance Form (if applicable)

Please note you must have a valid ABN Number to be eligible, if you do not have one you can simply apply online by visiting the Australian Government Business Register website.
